This event explores the fundamental best practices and advanced methodologies in project management tailored for the DHA. The educational content is created by subject matter experts, including PMP-certified professionals with extensive experience in defense health administration and strategic operations. The primary focus of this event is to enhance organizational efficiency and mission success through advanced continuing education opportunities designed to improve the practice, skills, and strategic leadership of certified project management professionals and healthcare leaders across MHS.

In addition to PMI alignment, this event offers a range of other continuing education credits, including American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), Accreditation Council for Continuing Pharmacy Education (ACPE), American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB), American Psychological Association (APA), and American Dental Association (ADA). These credit options support the diverse certification and licensure requirements of the Military Health System workforce. This event brings together experienced practitioners and leaders across the DHA to deliver engaging, interactive sessions that align with the PMI Talent Triangle and meet CEPO requirements for continuing professional education.
