Amber Martinez Llanes is a Training Program Manager specializing in the development, administration, and monitoring of Clinical Quality Management (CQM) education programs.

She brings over 20 years of healthcare experience across clinical laboratories, performance improvement, patient safety, accreditation & compliance, and education.

Amber has facilitated team building workshops utilizing the DISC methodology for over 2,000 participants and led change management and coalition building training for over 150 CQM staff. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a SHRM-CP, and a certified executive, organizational development, and change management coach.

Amber holds a Doctorate in Education for Curriculum and Instruction, a Masters in Business Administration, a Bachelors in Management, and an Associates in Science.
