Joint Accreditation for Interprofessional Continuing Education
(ACCME, ACPE, ANCC, AAPA, ARBO/COPE, APA, ASWB)

DHA J7 CEPO is jointly accredited is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Association of Regulatory Boards of Optometry's Council on Optometric Practitioner Education (ARBO/COPE), the American Psychological Association (APA), and the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) to provide continuing education for the health care team.


Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME)

DHA J-7 CEPO is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education  (ACPE)

DHA J-7 CEPO is accredited by the American Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) to provide continuing education for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.

American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission (ANCC)

DHA J-7 CEPO is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA)

DHA J-7 CEPO has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria.

Association of Regulatory Boards of Optometry's Council on Optometric Practitioner Education (ARBO/COPE)

DHA J-7 CEPO is accredited by Association of Regulatory Boards of Optometry's Council on Optometric Practitioner Education (ARBO/COPE) to provide continuing education to optometrists.

American Psychological Association (APA)

Continuing Education (CE) credits for psychologists are provided through the cosponsorship of the American Psychological Association (APA) Office of Continuing Education in Psychology (CEP). The APA CEP Office maintains responsibly for the content of the programs.

Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB)

As a Jointly Accredited Organization, DHA J-7 CEPO is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit.


American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE)

DHA J-7 CEPO is authorized to award pre-approved American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Qualified Education credit for programs toward advancement, or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)

DHA J7 CEPO is an AOTA Approved Provider of continuing education. The assignment of AOTA CEUs does not imply endorsement of specific course content, products, or clinical procedures by AOTA.

Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC)

DHA J-7 CEPO's eligible programs are pre-approved by The Commission for Case Manager Certification to provide continuing education credit to CCM(r) board certified case managers.

Council on Professional Standards for Kinesiotherapy (COPSKT)

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Continuing Education Program Office accredits enterprise-wide continuing education activities for military and civilian health care professionals. These courses are critical to DHA’s goal of providing the best possible quality care to active duty service members, veterans, and their families.

National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC)

DHA J7 has been approved by the NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 6955.  Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified.  DHA J7 is solely responsible for all aspects of its programming and content.


 Other Professionals

All other health care professionals completing this continuing education activity will be issued a Certificate of Attendance indicating participation and the number of hours of continuing education credit. This may be used for submission to licensing boards for satisfaction of CE requirements.
