Jacqueline Haven, CIV, M.Ed, PHR, PMP

Jacqui Haven is the Education & Training (E&T) Activity Request Central Office (ARCO) Lead and DHA Academy Manager for the Defense Health Agency, where she supports enterprise education and workforce development initiatives for a global healthcare workforce. She specializes in instructional systems design, learning evaluation, training program management, and educational technology.
Jacqui holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Technology and certifications in Instructional Systems Design, Organizational Development, and the Learning Transfer Evaluation Model (LTEM). She also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credentials.
Throughout her career, Jacqui has supported education, workforce development, and transition assistance initiatives across the Department of Defense, Department of Labor, and Department of Veterans Affairs. She has led the development and implementation of large-scale training initiatives, modernized learning experiences, and supported cross-functional teams in delivering mission-focused education solutions.
She spent two overseas tours living in Japan, an experience that strengthened her appreciation for cross-cultural collaboration and global communities. As the spouse of a retired U.S. Navy Independent Duty Corpsman, she also brings a strong personal connection to the military, Veteran, and healthcare communities she serves.
