Program DescriptionClinical Quality Management (CQM) Professionals are those staff members whose role focus on patient safety, healthcare risk management, accreditation and compliance, credentialing and privileging, clinical quality improvement, and clinical measurement. The Defense Health Agency (DHA) designed this curriculum for new entry-level CQM professionals.
