Program Description: Military Treatment Facility clinic-level staff responsible for overall clinic operations and management, especially Primary Care, PCMH clinics. This course is designed at the clinic-level to relate sound strategies to assist clinic leaders in their management journey according to the latest policies and guidance from the Defense Health Agency (DHA).
