S.T.A.B.L.E. education is critical to the mission to reduce infant mortality and morbidity and to improve the future health of children and their families. This hybrid course will require health care professionals to engage with 3-7 modules a week related to research theory and practice in preparation for a small group practical exercise to identify a research problem, create a research team and apply methodology. Many junior Army Medical Specialist Corps (AMSC) are interested in conducting clinical research that moves their profession forward in a meaningful way. However, most of these officers lack the knowledge and competence to engage in research due to a lack of familiarity with the topic and how to get started in their current position.
