2026 Global Case Management Conference
This activity is the 2026 Case Management Global Conference, a five-day virtual symposium for case management professionals from across the Defense Health Agency, all Medical Readiness Commands, and the broader Department of Defense. The conference takes place virtually from September 21-25, 2026, with live sessions running from 1000-1430 Central Time and additional on-demand content available throughout the event. Co-hosted by Medical Readiness Command, West (MRC-W), MRC, Pacific (MRC-P), and the Defense Health Agency (DHA), this conference provides up to 28 continuing education credits. The purpose of the activity is to advance professional case management practices and standardize procedures across the Military Health System (MHS). This is achieved through a series of expert-led presentations on topics including advanced care plan development, suicide prevention protocols, legal and ethical standards, and strategies for managing patients with complex needs. The format includes both live, interactive presentations (19 CE) and recorded on-demand sessions (9 CE) to accommodate attendees across all time zones.
Target Audience
This activity provides continuing education for nurses, social workers, and case managers across the Military Health System (MHS). A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

Once enrolled, click on a session you attended and proceed to take the evaluation and posttest to claim your certificate. Evaluations open immediately after each session ends.
