Program DescriptionClinical Quality Management (CQM) Professionals are those staff members whose role focus on patient safety, healthcare risk management, accreditation and compliance, credentialing and privileging, clinical quality improvement, and clinical measurement. The Defense Health Agency (DHA) designed this curriculum for new entry-level CQM professionals. Learners will discover how their CQM roles support both the Military Health System (MHS) Quadruple Aim and the goal of preventing patient harm.

The FY24 Joint Advanced Dietetics Symposium (JANDS) course will be delivered over 12 weeks, with one module delivered per week. The coursework will be completed in Blackboard. Program DescriptionThere are professional practice gaps in dental infection prevention and control (IPC), with a lack of awareness and inconsistencies of IPC practices in dental settings. This course is intended to educate dental personnel how to ensure a safe working environment utilizing IPC. Standard precautions for dental care will be identified and routes of transmission and prevention measures for infectious agents will be discussed with special consideration for the dental setting.
