Tactical Sleep: Foundations of Sleep

Target Audience

This CE/CME activity is accredited by the DHA, J-7, Continuing Education Program Office (CEPO).  This activity provides continuing education for physicians, social workers, psychologists and certified counselors.  A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

Learning Objectives

  1. Discuss the homeostatic role of sleep.
  2. Review the sleep stage process, circadian rhythm, duration of each stage, and the critical homeostatic processes occurring during each phase.
  3. Apply screening techniques for sleep disorders using various AASM approved sleep screening questionnaires
