PHCoE: Clinical Application of the Safety Aid Reduction Treatment for Anxiety and Related Disorders
Program Description
The START Pilot is a practice-based implementation pilot that will be completed by the Psychological Health Center of Excellence. The START pilot proposes training and consultation with Military Health System (MHS) behavioral health (BH) providers in a transdiagnostic, evidence-based group treatment for patients with anxiety and related disorders. The primary aims of this pilot are to assess the acceptability and feasibility of using the START treatment with active duty service members, to monitor and evaluate providers’ ability to complete training and adhere to the treatment protocol, and to identify clinic-specific factors which support or impede successful implementation of the START treatment.
Target Audience
This event is a closed training, available only to those participating in the START pilot.
This activity provides continuing education for psychologist, social workers, and certified counselors. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.
