  11. Summarize components of the Behavioral Health System of Care (BHSOC)

  13. Interpret the role of the case manager for EBM, and Transgender care.
  14. Discuss the key points for network referred care.
  15. Recognize positive and negative aspects of virtual conference format.
  16. Describe DOD /Military Day presentations and information applicable to case management practice.
