Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for physicians, nurses, physician assistants, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, optometrists, athletic trainers, registered dieticians, dietetic technicians, physical therapists, and physical therapist assistants. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

Learning Objectives

  1. Apply strength training principles in order to integrate the knowledge to unit physical readiness training
  2. Describe strength training principles as it relates to FM 7-22 and other commercial strength training programs
  3. Understand the importance of basic sleep to fuel a strength training program in order to “Fight Tonight”
