Inbal Eshel, MA, CCC-SLP, PMP

Inbal Eshel, MA, CCC-SLP, PMP, leads the Implementation Science Program, embedded within the Research and Engineering Directorate, for the Defense Health Agency (contractor). Ms. Eshel oversees a program which supports large-scale projects and initiatives aimed at bridging the gap between research and practice within the Military Health System. Ms. Eshel draws upon her extensive Military Health experience as a provider and knowledge solution developer to facilitate the spread and scale of mature, high priority programs and initiatives. Previously, she served as Senior Principal Scientist at the Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence, where she led efforts to develop Clinical Recommendations. Trained as a Speech-Language Pathologist, she worked in the clinical realm for a dozen years, including as lead TBI Speech-Language Pathologist at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, where she played an integral role in developing the cognitive rehabilitation program. An expert facilitator, she regularly presents nationally, and co-chairs/chairs various professional committees.
