Amy Boudin-George, PhD

Amy Boudin-George, PhD, serves as the Program Manager for the Defense Health Agency's Research and Engineering Implementation Science Program (ISP). She transitioned to the ISP in April 2025, where she leverages her clinical expertise, program management skills, and translational science background to support DHA strategic partners and the MHS implementation science community of practice.
Before joining the ISP team, Dr. Boudin-George served the DHA Hearing Center of Excellence. She started as a clinical audiologist in 2014 and was promoted to clinician scientist in 2023. Throughout that time, Dr. Boudin-George provided clinical care within the San Antonio Military Health System and developed and managed large-scale programs with TRICARE and VA partners to improve healthcare quality and cost.
Dr. Boudin-George has a PhD in Translational Science, with a focus on implementation, from the University of Texas at Austin and a Doctorate of Audiology from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, New Orleans.
