Carrie Storer, DPT, PT, OCS is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and retired Army officer with over 20 years of experience as an orthopedic board certified physical therapist and clinical leader. She currently serves as the Program Manager, Neuromusculoskeletal Clinical Community for the Defense Health Agency. She recently served as the lead for enterprise-wide implementation of Direct Access to Physical Therapy (DAPT) and the Military Orthopaedic and Tracking Injuries Network (MOTION) and Musculoskeletal (MSK) Triage across the Military Health System.
