Nathan Parsons, PT, DPT, DSc, OCS, FAAOMPT

LTC Nathan Parsons, an Assistant Professor, joined the Army-Baylor DPT core faculty in 2025. He holds a Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy and a Doctor of Physical Therapy, both from the U.S. Army-Baylor University programs. His clinical leadership roles have included serving as the Deputy Chief of Physical Therapy at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, Kentucky, and as the Clinical Internship Director at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Dr. Parsons has contributed to NATO operations during his deployment to Kosovo and served as a deployed Physical Therapy Officer-in-Charge in Kuwait. His research focuses on musculoskeletal injuries, healthcare utilization, and the effects of physical activity on osteoarthritis. His areas of instruction include Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Fundamentals, and PT in a Deployed Environment.
