Target Audience
Learning Objectives
1. Describes the common signs and symptoms of compassion fatigue, burnout and moral injuries (CFBOMI).
2. Define CFBOMI in the context of healthcare and patient-provider relationship
3. Identify resources and tools for provider self-care to avoid or minimize the effect of CFBOMI.
4. Summarize actionable leadership support treating CNCP population.
5. Restate the CSMHS DHA Stepped Care Model components.
6. Recognize the CSMHS Clinical Model for pain care in PCMH as part of system of care process.
7. Identify resources for ongoing pain education, learning, and community.
8. Discuss elements included in a Community of Practice: Interdisciplinary management, system resources, process improvement initiatives, and beyond.
9. Apply knowledge and skills learned from the APMC into practice scenarios, and Group Case Study using P.R.I.N.T. to develop a plan of care.
