Target Audience

Learning Objectives

  1. Identify the importance of writing quality profiles to support military medical readiness.
  2. Understand how to best communicate with the command teams to reduce risks to personnel and to the mission by clearly communicating soldier readiness. 
  3. Review the functional limitations that will lead to a Medical Evaluation Board.
  4. Determine whether temporary versus permanent profiles are indicated and provide examples.
  5. List the information that should not be placed within a profile to maintain HIPAA compliance.
