Program Description: Students who enroll in the Deployed Patient Safety Trainings are DoD Active Duty, National Guard and Reserve medical professionals from all Services who are required to complete training as a Patient Safety Manager or Leader/Champion before deployments. Additionally, Unit Officers in Charge (OICs) are trained as the appointed Patient Safety Professional.
