Program Description

This activity is a part of the Womack Army Medical Center Pharmacy Monthly Training Series.  This iteration will discuss Pharmacists Taking Centerfield as Health & Well-Being Coaches.

Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

Learning Objectives

  1. Understand holistic approaches to healthcare.
  2. Summarize the coaching process and skills to affect behavior change.
  3. Understand the basic principles of coaching psychology.
  4. Define the role of health & well-being coaches.
  5. Outline opportunities for professional training and certification.
  6. Review medical record documentation and billing.
