Program Description

This activity is a part of the Womack Army Medical Center Pharmacy Monthly Trainings. This iteration will review 2022 Pharmacy and Legal Regulatory Updates.

Target Audience

This CE/CME activity is accredited by the DHA, J-7, Continuing Education Program Office (CEPO). This activity provides continuing education for pharmacists and pharmacy technician.  A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

Learning Objectives

  1. Describe recent updates to Federal and North Carolina pharmacy laws.
  2. Identify key 2021 Joint Commission requirements and anticipated changes for 2022.
  3. Evaluate compliance strategies for the latest ISMP Targeted Medication Safety Best Practices for hospitals.
