Program Description

This activity is a part of the Womack Army Medical Center Pharmacy Monthly Trainings. This iteration will review Joint Commission and medication safety.

Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

  2. Identify Joint Commission Medication Management Standards.
  3. Outline strategies to mitigate errors and comply with Joint Commission standards.
