Womack Pharm: Indefinite Anticoagulation for Venous Thromboembolism (VTE): Reduced-dose vs Full-dose Direct Oral Anticoagulant (DOAC)

This activity is a part of the Womack Army Medical Center Pharmacy Monthly Training Series. This iteration will highlight challenges and safer management techniques for indefinite anticoagulation of Venous Thromboembolism.

Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

  • Critique choice of anticoagulant dosing using current literature.
