Program Description

This activity is a part of the Womack Army Medical Center Pharmacy Monthly Training Series.  This iteration will discuss Clinical Pharmacist Approach to Fibromyalgia.

Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.  A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

Learning Objectives

  1. Identify key characteristics and diagnostic criteria for fibromyalgia.
  2. Design treatment plan for newly diagnosed fibromyalgia.
  3. Explain various treatment approaches for clinical practice.
  4. Assess data from clinical trials for FDA approved treatment options for fibromyalgia.
