  1. Understand the pathophysiology of cannabinoid analgesia.
  2. Discuss the pharmacological mechanisms of cannabinoid medications.
  3. Review empirical studies of cannabinoid pharmacotherapy in treatment of chronic pain and headache.
  4. State the DEA Classification of Controlled Substances.
  5. Identify major risks of cannabinoid pharmacotherapy.
  6. Compare key differences between dronabinol and cannabis.
