This presentation will discuss latest research on avoidant/restricted food intake disorder (ARFID), medical complications, and management options.  The presentation will also discuss how to conduct a feeding assessment and learn what assessment tools are available for use in the clinical setting.

This presentation is for medical professionals who work with patients at any age to bring awareness to how feeding and eating difficulties impact health related quality of life.

Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for physicians, physician assistants, nurses, psychologists, social workers, registered dieticians and dietetic technicians. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.
