USP 797: Inpatient Pharmacy Calculations
Target Audience
This activity provides continuing education for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

- Describe the Metric System.
- Define the 5 calculation methods of ratio and proportion, dilution, allgation, patient-specific dosing, and IV flow rates.
- Solve math problems for each of the 5 calculation methods.
