Program Description: 

This session of the conference will address common and unique periocular cutaneous structures. The presenter will discuss common, rare, benign and malignant neoplasms around the eye and eyelid, including treatment options for infectious periocular dermatoses.

Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for optometrists. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

Learning Objectives

  1. Describe cutaneous structures that are common and unique to periocular area
  2. Identify common and rare, benign, and malignant neoplasms that occur around the eyes
  3. Review common and rare conditions that can present with eyelid dermatitis
  4. Discuss treatment options for infectious periocular dermatoses
