- Physicians, Nurses, Physician Assistants, Social Workers, Certified Counselors
- All other health care professionals completing this CE/CME activity will be issued a Certificate of Attendance indicating participation and the number of hours of CE/CME credits, which may be used for submission to licensing boards for satisfaction of CE/CME credits.
Learning Objectives
- Evaluate and Question the role of supplemental oxygen in selected medical conditions.
- Examine how hyperoxia relates to the topic of pulmonary complications and lung injury.
- Explain imaging techniques and strategies.
- Review relevant literature publications discussing spine ultrasound.
- Describe Reserve Component mobilization timelines and processes for pandemic response.
- Plan logistical guidance for future pandemic responses.
- Describe anti-nociceptive medications used in multimodal anesthesia.
- Discuss hypnotic medications used in multimodal anesthesia.
- Appraise appropriate COVID-19 testing parameters and procedures for children.
- Describe measures to reduce the risk of infection spread, mitigate adverse health effects in high-risk.
- Identify preventative measures that can be taken to prevent aggressive behavior due to Emergence Delirium.
- Describe a team response to patients exhibiting aggression due to Emergence Delirium.
