RELATIONS® for Healthcare Transformation Global Master Trainer Institute 2025-2026
This live, in-person activity is intended to provide a centralized 5-day intensive training session for Master Trainer Candidates, covering the entire RELATIONS® for Healthcare Transformation curriculum and facilitation methodologies. At the heart of our mission is the commitment to enhance the quality and safety of healthcare by fostering improved communication across the entire healthcare team. Through the development of a culture built on trust, compassion, and competence, our aim is to elevate the human experience of care to unprecedented heights. Program highlights include cutting-edge patient/family and peer-to-peer communication strategies, deep insights into relationship-centered approaches, practical ways to enhance trust, compassion, and respect, and strategies for significantly improving the human experience of care.
Target Audience
This activity provides continuing education for physicians and nurses. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.
Learning Objectives
- Explain the importance of effective healthcare provider communication in creating a culture of excellence for our patients and fellow caregivers.
- Discuss the benefits and practice art of reflective listening in clinical and non-clinical encounters.
- Demonstrate communication techniques useful in building patient and team based.
- Practice the skills to effectively and efficiently gather accurate information and jointly set.

In support of improving patient care, DHA, J-7, CEPO is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the health care team. This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive 25.50 Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) credits for learning and change.
Requirements: CE/CME certificates are awarded to participants who fully complete the activity, successfully submit the evaluation survey, and pass the posttest. The deadline to claim credit is Dec 3, 2026.
