The skills-based curriculum empowers participants to foster healthy relationships among team members while placing patients and their families at the heart of care strategies.
Participants will gain an understanding of the significance of effective communication, practice reflective listening, demonstrate techniques for building relationships, gather accurate information efficiently, appreciate positive interactions, and implement mindfulness techniques in healthcare settings. Ultimately, the course serves as a foundational program for fostering relationship-based communication, enhancing the overall effectiveness and well-being of the healthcare system.
