Registered Dietitian Skills: Motivational Interviewing, Stages of Change, and Counseling Skills in Dietetic Practice
This activity will highlight the fundamentals of Motivational Interviewing, the Stages of Change (Transtheoretical Model) and other counseling skills, while providing practical tips for implementing these skills into practice.
Target Audience
This activity provides continuing education for registered dieticians and dietetic technicians. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

- Identify and practice key counseling skills used in MI.
