Regional Health Command Europe (RHCE): 2020 Fall Medical Surgical Conference Administration Track 16 NOV 2020
The Regional Health Command Europe (RHCE) Fall 2020 Medical Surgical Conference provides an educational forum which highlights and fosters innovative medical breakthroughs/best practices, provider updates on the latest evidence-based medicine, and exposes active duty staff to Individual Critical Task List (ICTL) training in a formal educational environment. As new and improved methods of practice, evidence and care are discovered, this conference allows our healthcare workers to have better opportunities to share and advance their practice and improve patient care. Embracing innovation allows our military providers to stay mission ready and benefits all patients in the European theatre.
Target Audience
Physicians, Nurses, Physician Assistants, Social Workers, Case Managers, Healthcare Executives and Certified Counselors.
All other health care professionals completing this CE/CME activity will be issued a Certificate of Attendance indicating participation and the number of hours of CE/CME credit. This may be used for submission to licensing boards for satisfaction of CE/CME requirements.
Learning Objectives
1. Effectively apply TeamSTEPPS communication tools within the framework of high reliability; and specifically assist staff with behavior change.
2. Articulate how the six foundational elements of virtual health are operationalized in healthcare delivery.
3. Identify opportunities to incorporate virtual health into daily healthcare operations.
4. Discuss how network care recapture supports optimization and readiness policy.
5. Describe resources and tools available to assess and analyze what care is going to network.
6. Define and describe the scope, goals, and objectives of Access to Care.
7. Identify elements to successfully manage and measure Access to Care.
8. Comprehend the use of the Direct Access Reporting Tool (DART) application including accessing, appointment, leakage, and referral metrics.
9. Identify how to utilize the data from the Strategic, Facility and Specialty Care Provider Scorecards.
10. Describe the applications of the MHS Genesis system.
