Learning Objectives

  1. Summarize the Timeline and Milestones for MHS GENESIS Deployment Planning: Understand the timeline and implications of various Data Collection Worksheets and Site interviews and how active participation might improve deployment readiness.
  2. Explain and Discuss Key Lessons Learned: Consider how changes in the workflows within automation can be phased in prior to MHS GENESIS deployment, key processes to communicate during Current State Assessment, and User Role confirmation.
  3. Identify Opportunities for Proactive Provider and Pharmacy Engagement: Discuss opportunities and positive impacts related to early and frequent communication related to TRICARE Uniform Formulary implementation and adoption of MHS GENESIS Portal.
