- Summarize the Timeline and Milestones for MHS GENESIS Deployment Planning: Understand the timeline and implications of various Data Collection Worksheets and Site interviews and how active participation might improve deployment readiness.
- Explain and Discuss Key Lessons Learned: Consider how changes in the workflows within automation can be phased in prior to MHS GENESIS deployment, key processes to communicate during Current State Assessment, and User Role confirmation.
- Identify Opportunities for Proactive Provider and Pharmacy Engagement: Discuss opportunities and positive impacts related to early and frequent communication related to TRICARE Uniform Formulary implementation and adoption of MHS GENESIS Portal.
