Program Description

The PolyPharmacy ECHO monthly webinar series is a platform for:

  1. Information sharing regarding the MTF MHP clinical pharmacist position fills
  2. Coordination for on boarding, training, and use of Navy Medicine provided Medical Homeport Contract Clinical Pharmacists
  3. Use and limitations of the contracted clinical pharmacists
  4. Ongoing training requirements of the contracted clinical pharmacists
  5. Planned standardization and best practice sharing among the contracted clinical pharmacists

Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

  1. Identify stressors that may initiate insomnia.
  2. List 4 Rules to Better Sleep.
  3. Summarize and implement Brief Behavioral Treatment of Insomnia (BBTI) in primary care setting.
