Pharmacy Readiness Tools Training: Session 4
Program Description
The Navy Pharmacy Readiness Tool Training covers four (4) different tools created by the Navy Pharmacy Advisory Board (NPAB) to assist the community in achieving the overall Readiness mission. The four (4) tools are an Operational Support Tracker that monitors pharmacy support to other units; a Pharmacy Basics 101 document that is an introductory training for Navy Corpsman; an After Action Report that captures deployment experiences; and a transition toolkit to assist personnel entering new roles. This Readiness Tools Training comprehensively explains the purpose and intended use of each tool.
Target Audience
This activity provides continuing education for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

- Increase the pharmacy community’s efficiency and effectiveness in everyday duties.
- Outline standardized reporting measures to allow Navy Pharmacy leadership to make data-driven decisions.
