Target Audience

  4. Define burnout as it relates to healthcare workers.
  5. Identify specific, actionable behaviors within each domain that enhance performance in garrison, field, and deployed environments.
  6. Describe Army Pharmacy’s standardized approach to Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP), emphasizing enhancements to both clinical and operational preparedness.
