Target Audience

  2. Explain the certification opportunities monitored by the People Pillar for 67E pharmacists and 68Q pharmacy technicians.
  3. Identify at least two other initiatives within the Modernization Pillar that will foster innovation and drive consistency within Army Pharmacy.
  4. Define burnout as it relates to healthcare workers.
  5. Identify specific, actionable behaviors within each domain that enhance performance in garrison, field, and deployed environments.
  6. Describe Army Pharmacy’s standardized approach to Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP), emphasizing enhancements to both clinical and operational preparedness.
