Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for physicians, nurses, physician assistants, pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

  1. Explain the importance of immunizations from birth to 18 years of age.
  2. Summarize routine pediatric vaccines and implementation of the vaccine schedule.
  3. Apply the elements of the vaccine visit and measures to address patient needs, concerns, and education.
