Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

  2. Identify best practices for medication handling and narcotics management.
  3. Identify three ISMP resources that support safe medication practices.
  4. List two strategies from the ISMP Hierarchy of risk reduction.
  5. Describe the importance of reporting medication errors.
