This symposium hosted by the DHA Director is a networking and learning forum for Network and Military Treatment Facility (MTF) senior leaders to support advancing our mission. It provides a venue for critical knowledge sharing and solutioning together. This year’s theme is “Redefining Value: Empowering Our Leaders to Deliver on Our Promises to our Patients and Teams,” a call to action for leaders to lead and thrive within the new model of care delivery.

Target Audience
This activity provides continuing education for physicians, nurses, dentists, healthcare executives, and ACCME non-physicians. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.
Learning Objectives
- Describe the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Strategy and how it supports the priorities of the Secretary of Defense.
- Summarize the initiatives that make up the DHA FY25-30 Strategic Plan and their respective drivers.
- Articulate why and how the DHA is transforming and executing through the delivery of care model.
- Identify the fundamental building blocks that will set Military Treatment Facility (MTF) Directors up for success for future business planning activities and engagements.
- Describe the DHA strategy and approach to transforming healthcare delivery to meet current and future challenges.

- 11.00 Healthcare Executives (ACHE)By attending this program offered by DHA, J-7, CEPO, participants may earn up to 11.00 American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Qualified Education hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation. Participants in this program who wish to have the continuing education hours applied toward ACHE Qualified Education credit must self-report their participation. To self-report, participants must log into their MyACHE account and select ACHE Qualified Education Credit.

DHA, J-7, CEPO is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education (CDE). In support of improving patient care, DHA, J-7, CEPO is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the health care team. This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive 11.00 Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) credits for learning and change.
