Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

  2. Identify opportunities to shape the Pharmacy direction.
  3. Discuss specific Pharmacy efforts that contribute to improved readiness of the force.
  4. Describe the scope of practice expected of MHS Medical Home clinical pharmacists.
  5. Explain mechanisms used to optimize clinical pharmacy resources embedded within a MHS Medical Home.
  6. Discuss the DHA MHS Prescription Drug Monitoring Program.
  7. Summarize the OTSG/MEDCOM Polypharmacy Policy.
  8. Outline how to market your Clinical Pharmacy services.
  9. Describe the role of the Clinical Pharmacist on the Medical Team.
