- Compare patient interview techniques while performing a medication reconciliation.

- Describe the Clinical Pharmacy role in utilizing the Polypharmacy MART (Poly-MART).
- Explain the process of obtaining and managing the Polypharmacy MART.
- Summarize the Clinical Pharmacy Technicians role in reporting and utilizing Clinical Pharmacy metrics.
- Describe differences in diabetes treatment guidelines.
- Explain the impact of lifestyle modifications.
- Summarize medication options for treatment of Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).
- Identify clinical applications and systems to streamline clinical pharmacy workflow
- Compare clinical systems to expedite the non-formulary review process
