Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

Learning Objectives

  1. Differentiate behavioral health screening tools.
  2. Describe the management of depression in special populations.
  3. Identify drug classes that qualify for psychotropic polypharmacy.
  4. Discuss the roles of the clinical pharmacy technicians in improving the patient encounter in the medical home
  5. Identify various models for implementing a clinical pharmacy technician
  6. Describe the clinical pharmacy technician position description and competency assessment
