Target Audience
This activity provides continuing education for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

- Discuss risk factors and complications of diabetes.
- Describe differences in diabetes treatment guidelines.

- Describe the impact of evaluation and management(E&M)and procedure codes on relative value unit (RVU)generation
- Identify clinical applications and systems to streamline clinical pharmacy workflow.
- Describe how speech recognition software is applicable to patient encounter documentation and other typing functions.
- Summarize the key functions of Tricare Online (TOL)applicable to clinical pharmacy.
- Compare clinical systems to expedite the non‐formulary review process.
