Malignant Hyperthermia: Recognition, Crisis Management, and Preparedness

This live, in-person training includes a comprehensive review of pathophysiology, signs and symptoms, immediate treatment protocol, and institutional preparedness for malignant hyperthermia crises in the perioperative setting. It will include Malignant Hyperthermia Association for the United States guidelines and emergency response algorithm.

Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for physicians, nurses, physician associates/physician assistants, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.
