LTC Juanita Warman Nursing Grand Rounds 2024 Q3 (Home Study)

Program Description: 

This is a recording of the LTC Juanita Warman Quarterly Nursing Grand Rounds at Madigan Army Medical Center. The event started as a Unit Practice Council initiative and was initially conducted as an annual conference. The decision to move from a one-day conference to quarterly grand rounds was made to meet the needs of the organization. The planning committee of the grand rounds seeks to bring speakers of various expertise to help provide a diverse educational experience.

Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for nurses. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

Learning Objectives

  1. State five questions to inform areas for research related to operational nursing.
  2. Outline the stresses of flight.
  3. Identify one casualty population and state how the en route care environment may affect their care.
