Program Description

The Lifestyle & Performance Medicine Lecture Series is intended for all health care professionals and health care leaders to learn more about the approach to patient care known as Lifestyle Medicine. The second lecture in the series is titled "Putting Lifestyle & Performance Medicine into Practice.” This training will outline resources, various models for integrating, diagnosing, and coding lifestyle & performance medicine in primary and specialty care.

Target Audience

This CE/CME activity is accredited by the DHA, J-7, Continuing Education Program Office (CEPO). This activity provides continuing education for physicians, nurses, physician assistants, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, social workers, psychologists, dentists, dental hygienists, dental technicians, registered dieticians, dietetic technicians, certified counselors, kinesiotherapists, and healthcare executives. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.
