Introduction to Using Digital Health in the Military Health System

Program Description

This 1 hour video product uses a webinar style format designed to lay the framework for military providers to understand the fundamentals of integrating digital health technologies into care. The intent of this video is to lay the foundational work addressing what is digital health, the empirical research for it and the opportunities and barriers. In this video, learners will also be introduced to the basic concepts and factors important when integrating digital health into care including security and privacy as well as cultural considerations. This training is intended to be a foundational video that provides an entry position for providers to begin to build competency in this area and can springboard into the practical and scenario based implementation training for digital health technologies in care.

NOTE: The "Introduction to Using Digital Health in the Military System” Home Study course will expire on September 8, 2022. To obtain a certificate with CE/CME credit for this course you must complete the module's requirements (including the course evaluation and post-test) by September 8, 2022.
