  1. Pull and enter data from Care Point opioid registry into Tri-Service Work Flow (TSWF) form.
  2. Accurately screen patients for pain using the Defense and Veterans Pain Rating Scale (DVPRS).
  3. Provide key self-management for pain messages to patients.
  4. Engage the Internal Behavioral Health Consultant for patients with chronic pain.
